Vapor Phase Drying

The presence of moisture in a transformer’s active components can significantly affect its performance and reduce its service life. Therefore, effective moisture removal from the core and coil assembly is essential.

To achieve this, we employ vapour phase drying using vacuum autoclaves, ensuring thorough elimination of moisture from the active parts. Depending on the amount of insulation material involved, the drying process typically takes between 48 and 72 hours.
