Core Coil Assembly & Connection

In this process, the core yoke is first removed to allow the windings to be positioned around the core limbs. During coil placement, special care is taken to prevent the sharp edges of the core laminations from damaging the insulation of the conductors.

Once the windings are properly installed, the yoke is reassembled to complete the magnetic circuit of the transformer’s active part. The windings are fitted onto the core legs, and the assembly is then completed with the necessary electrical connections using copper cables and flats.
