Core Assembly

Transformer cores are manufactured from cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel to ensure high permeability, reduced losses, and an improved stacking factor. These cores are assembled using CRGO strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.30 mm to 0.20 mm.

To enhance efficiency and compactness, the cores are designed with mitered joints and a step-lap construction, which helps minimize losses and optimize overall performance.
